1. When you are ready to check out, you will be taken to a secure page and section of this site.
2. You will be asked to fill out information:
Your name (as it reads on your credit card)

Your phone number (during business hours in the event we need to contact you about your order)

Changes to Order | to the top
 

A fee of $5.00 will automatically be charged for any changes or modifications you request to your order after the order is placed. This includes item, color, payment, shipping, or coupon redemption changes. Requests for changes to orders will be accepted up to 10AM (CST) the following business day.

We are happy to accommodate exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item(s) please follow our exchange policy below.

We want you to be satisfied with your order. We allow one exchange per item – please read fee section below. Please be aware: Unauthorized and ineligible exchanges will incur a 50% unauthorized product return fee. To avoid this fee please follow these exchange guidelines:
 

Product Eligibility | to the top
Eligible product(s): must be in original and perfect factory condition (unaltered, undamaged and in original packaging.
If product(s) have been altered, damaged, or packaging tampered with, products will be ineligible and deemed unauthorized.

 

Exchange Fees | to the top
beautygroup.com now offers Hassle–free exchanges! If you are not happy with your selection and wish to exchange the item the 20% exchange fee will be waived for your first exchange.
20% exchange fees apply to all other exchange item(s).
  
Charges required to complete exchanges are made on the credit card submitted in the original order.
 
Balances are issued as store credit only and can be used at any time.
 

Shipping Costs on Exchange | to the top
Shipping charges will apply. We ship via the method chosen on the original order, unless instructions in the exchange package specify otherwise.
 

How to Request an Exchange | to the top
Requests for exchange must be made within 5 business days of receipt of product(s). Exchanges must be pre–authorized by beautygroup.com with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Without an RMA the item(s) will incur a 50% unauthorized product fee.
 
To ensure your exchange goes smoothly, please do the following only after you are sure your item(s) is eligible:
1. Email support@beautygroup.com to request your RMA number. You will receive an email response with your RMA number and instructions on how to exchange and return the product. Please allow up to 2 business days for response.
2. If order was placed by phone or mail and there is no access to email; please call our Exchange Department between 9:00am – 5:00pm CST.
3. Exchange items must be returned to beautygroup.com within 10 days from receipt of the RMA number. Once beautygroup.com receives your exchange package, please allow up to 10 business days for the exchange process to complete.
 

How to Prepare Your Exchange Package | to the top
 
Outside of Package:
1. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. Packages with no visible RMA will be refused.
2. Ship item(s) in a sturdy cardboard box as damaged packages are ineligible for exchange.

Store Credits | to the top
 

Credits are issued as store credit only. Store credit is valid for the purchase of any product(s) on beautygroup.com. We do not issue any cash, check, or credit card refunds.

  

Backorders | to the top
 

If a backorder occurs on your item(s), you will be placed on a priority waitlist. We will promptly ship item(s) upon arrival. In addition we will inform and update by email with the estimated arrival date. If backordered item(s) are not received in a reasonable length of time, please contact us by email support@beautygroup.com

  

Shipping Information | to the top
 

For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.

  

Flat–Fee Shipping | to the top
We offer 2 shipping options:
1. Ground shipping takes 7–9 business days: $3.95
2. US Express shipping takes 2–3 business days: $16.95
** We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries.
 

Cancellation Fees | to the top
 

For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation after 24 hours of placing order; there will be a 20% cancellation fee charged. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

  

Order Processing | to the top
 

Orders are processed within 24 hours of order placement. Contingent on stock availability, orders are shipped within 48 hours of processing. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected (US Ground, US Express) on the order form.


Free Gift Promotion Exception: To ensure the availability of our Free Gift Promotion and to reduce the costs for processing and shipping these items to our customers we are processing Free Gift Promotions once per week. Please expect your Free Gift Promotion within a time period of 2 - 3 weeks after you have placed your order. Free Gift items are not insured with the USPS postal service and therefore we can not replace any shipments that are lost in the mail.

NOTE:

Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified. Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If you need additional information, please email support@beautygroup.com
